1111 Lincoln Road, an award‑winning parking garage in Miami Beach operated by LAZ Parking, needed parking technology to match its modern design and serve a global clientele. FlashParking (FlashPARCS) was selected to address multilingual needs (English, Spanish and Portuguese), reliable cash handling, integration with mobile and chip payments, and hardware that can withstand the coastal climate.

FlashParking deployed FlashPARCS hardware and software — two entry and two exit Smart Stations, a pay‑on‑foot Smart Station, and a Cash Machine with a Bill Note Recycler (BNR) running on Microsoft Azure and supporting FlashMobile payments. The BNR delivers a 98% first‑time bill acceptance rate, cutting customer time at the gate and reducing egress backups, while cloud-based reporting and USB‑upgradable components let management adjust rates, monitor payments/reservations, push updates remotely and future‑proof the garage.
