Cushman and Wakefield rewards its loyal customers and strengthens the knowledge of its visitors thanks to Flame analytics

Cushman & Wakefield, which manages shopping centers and retail parks across Spain, wanted to strengthen customer loyalty while improving the visitor experience. To do this, it looked for a way to connect its Infinity loyalty platform with Wi‑Fi services so shoppers could access special offers, exclusive services, and a better connection.

Flame Analytics implemented an integration between its analytics solution and the Infinity loyalty platform across Cushman & Wakefield centers, following a successful pilot in Los Arcos and Finestrelles. The result was a loyalty-linked Wi‑Fi experience for visitors, and more than 220,000 people registered on the platform in the last year, while the centers also gained access to future business insights such as visitor flows, dwell times, and repeat visits.
