Heal's, a retailer of high-quality luxury furniture, faced the challenge of selling its customizable products online. Customers were hesitant to buy without being able to see and configure the pieces, making it difficult to replicate the confidence of an in-store shopping experience. Fixtuur implemented an intuitive, modular 3D configurator that allowed customers to visualize and customize furniture in their own space. This solution from Fixtuur led to significant results for Heal's, including increased page views, higher customer engagement, a rise in add-to-basket rates, and a boost in sales both online and in-store. The tool was also adopted across Heal's internal departments for customer consultations.
