Centromela is an independent Apple repair shop in Udine, Italy, that also refurbishes devices and handles advanced work like microsoldering. With Fixably, Centromela centralized its repair workflow in a single view, streamlined technician queues, automated order confirmations by email, managed stock across locations, and used macros and barcode scanning to keep repairs moving consistently. The result was less administrative work, fewer errors, less paper waste, and faster day-to-day operations. Centromela also uses Fixably to manage its refurbishing workflow and track parts costs more accurately, and later gained Apple IRP certification.
