Troy, a UK buying group serving 350 member companies across 500 outlets in the engineering and industrial supply sector, faced major digital challenges: 650,000 invoices a year were trapped in silos, data required heavy manual deduplication and cleaning, and nightly loads took 53 minutes each time.
