With Fivetran feeding a single source of truth, Tide cut end-to-end delivery time from source to insights, enabled analyst self-serve reporting across datasets, and connected acquisition, retention and lifetime value to optimise marketing spend toward an ROI model. Fivetran’s pipeline automation also allowed Tide to tie customer feedback into the user journey and begin deploying machine-learning and real-time decisioning initiatives.
