RSG Group, a global fitness and wellness company operating 900+ locations across 11 brands, needed a better way to manage growing data complexity across multiple tools and brands. Its BI team was spending too much time on manual, engineering-heavy data integration, which slowed reporting, created data silos, and increased security and compliance risks. To support standardized reporting and real-time analytics, RSG Group turned to Fivetran, along with Snowflake on Microsoft Azure and Coalesce.

With Fivetran’s automated data pipelines, fully managed connectors, and Connector SDK, RSG Group centralized and standardized data from 30+ sources into Snowflake, dramatically reducing manual work and improving governance. Fivetran cut pipeline maintenance from 40 hours per month to about 1 hour, reduced new source onboarding from 80 hours to 30 minutes, and helped lower infrastructure costs while supporting GDPR compliance. The result was faster, more reliable insights that improved operations, marketing, forecasting, and personalization across the business.
