Phorest, an all‑in‑one salon software provider, faced fragmented sales and marketing data with HubSpot and Salesforce living in silos, which left the company with inconsistent metrics and an incomplete view of the customer journey. To centralise and make that data usable, Phorest engaged Fivetran—using Fivetran’s HubSpot and Salesforce connectors and Managed BigQuery—to pipe backend CRM and marketing data into a single, analysable warehouse.
Fivetran replicated Phorest’s sources into BigQuery (refreshing data every six hours) so the BI team could join data in Periscope Data, improving data integrity and enabling combined reporting (for example, region plus traffic source). That visibility showed the website drove far more sales than previously believed, securing resources to improve the site, and helped break down sales‑marketing silos so teams share consistent goals and make faster, data‑backed decisions—all enabled by Fivetran’s managed pipelines.
