MyParcel Brings in Data so Customers Can Send Packages

MyParcel, the Netherlands-based shipping service with over 34,000 customers, struggled to get a complete view of the marketing funnel and customer journey because only its production database was flowing into Snowflake. Internal, homegrown connectors (including a non-incremental Salesforce integration) were fragile and costly to maintain, leaving marketing unable to link Google Analytics with sales data or see parcel activity per new customer. MyParcel engaged Fivetran to complete a modern data stack and address these gaps.

Fivetran deployed connectors (Google Analytics, Mailchimp, PostgreSQL, Salesforce, SFTP, etc.) to replicate data into Snowflake for analysis in Looker, providing cleaner, consolidated data and faster access to insights. The switch saved about three to four days per month on the Salesforce connector alone, freed engineers to focus on the shipping platform, enabled daily reporting during market shifts, and let a two-person analytics team support a 100-person company while delivering funnel, campaign revenue, and customer behavior metrics—demonstrating measurable time savings and broader data-driven decision making with Fivetran.
