Memrise, the language learning app used by more than 50 million people, needed a better way to understand customer engagement as it scaled its cloud-based platform. Its small data team was spending too much time manually building pipelines and fixing broken APIs instead of focusing on product and user experience improvements, so it turned to Fivetran to streamline data movement.

Using Fivetran, Memrise connected MySQL RDS, Stripe, Apple Search Ads, Google and Apple app data, Jira, GitHub, and other sources into Google BigQuery and visualized insights in Google Data Studio. Fivetran enabled deeper analysis of user behavior, paywall conversion, campaign performance, and customer reviews, helping Memrise improve course content, increase marketing ROI, and respond faster to issues while keeping critical product and content data continuously synced.
