Maravai LifeSciences, a leading life sciences company with multiple autonomous subsidiaries, faced fragmented NetSuite and Salesforce data, time‑consuming Excel-based FP&A, and no single source of truth for finance and sales reporting. To centralize and modernize analytics, Maravai engaged Slalom to build a modern data stack that included Fivetran—using its NetSuite connector—to automate data replication into a cloud warehouse.

Slalom implemented Fivetran to replicate NetSuite into Snowflake and layered Tableau dashboards on top, delivering the full architecture and 15 preliminary dashboards in ten weeks. With Fivetran feeding reliable financial, sales and customer data into Tableau, Maravai LifeSciences eliminated manual Excel analysis, gained executive, sales revenue and customer analytics in real time, and is now positioned to scale analytics across product, inventory and P&L reporting.
