Keller Sports, a Munich-based ecommerce retailer operating over 20 country-specific online shops, struggled with manual BI processes—Excel exports, custom scripts and a MySQL-based pipeline that couldn’t scale as the business and data sources grew. To modernize their stack they worked with Fivetran (alongside Snowflake and Tableau) to replace fragile integrations and reduce the engineering burden of maintaining data flows.

Fivetran’s managed connectors automatically replicate data into Snowflake and feed Tableau for reporting, enabling self-service for analysts and removing the need for constant IT intervention. As a result Fivetran saved IT about 20 hours per week (roughly 50% of time previously spent on scripting and fixes), avoided hiring an additional engineer, returned 75% of the Purchasing team’s time formerly spent on exports, and supports ~140 GB in Snowflake with 20–25 active Tableau users—delivering more reliable, secure (column hashing) data and faster decision-making.
