GlossGenius, a B2C technology platform for beauty businesses, needed a more modern data stack as it scaled. After outgrowing Stitch for data ingestion, the team struggled with limited connectors, incomplete replication, unreliable connectors, and poor visibility into data changes, which made it hard to centralize marketing, support, product, and sales data in Snowflake. GlossGenius turned to Fivetran’s fully managed data movement platform to simplify and standardize data access across the company.

With Fivetran, GlossGenius migrated the majority of its sources and now uses 12 connectors to move 25 million rows of data daily into Snowflake with greater integrity and efficiency. The company reduced errors, improved SLA performance for daily uptime and issue resolution/latency to 99.9% confidence, and gave all teams better self-service access to trusted data.
