To do that, the company needed a more reliable way to centralize data from systems like Oracle Siebel CRM and other operational sources into Snowflake.
Using Fivetran’s automated data integration and change data capture (CDC), Spark unified near-real-time data across the business, powering fraud detection, operational reporting, and AI assistants. The results included a 99% reduction in scam texts, more than 90% faster data requests for customers and authorities, and historical data retrieval times cut from overnight to under 10 minutes, while also reducing operational overhead for the data team.
