A Fivetran Case Study

Preview of the Emeria Case Study

Emeria centralises data, driving cost savings and efficiency gains

Emeria, a leading European real estate and residential services group, needed to modernize its data environment as part of a broader digital transformation. The company wanted to move from an on-premise, ETL-based setup to a cloud-based modern data stack so it could unify data from 700 branches across eight countries, improve operational efficiency, and support better analysis of property costs and energy renovation efforts. Fivetran’s automated data movement platform was used alongside Snowflake and connected systems such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Workday.

With Fivetran, Emeria centralized data across the enterprise and made it available for real-time dashboards and analysis. The solution helped a 12-person central data team support more than 60 analysts company-wide, improved data reliability and GDPR compliance, and enabled detailed cost and charge analysis for property management. Fivetran has helped Emeria strengthen decision-making and build a 360-degree view of customers and assets, positioning the company for future growth in Europe.
