CaliberMind, a B2B marketing analytics and customer data platform, needed a reliable, scalable way to onboard dozens of disparate customer data sources without diverting engineering time to building and maintaining connectors. After running a two-week proof of concept, CaliberMind chose Fivetran—specifically the Powered by Fivetran solution and Fivetran Connect Cards—to replace its internal ELT framework and meet requirements for pre-built connectors, data normalization, security, and predictable costs.
CaliberMind embedded the Powered by Fivetran Connect Card in its UI so customers (and prospects during sales demos) can authorize data access, at which point Fivetran automatically creates connectors, normalizes schemas, and loads query-ready data into CaliberMind’s platform. Using Fivetran has automated onboarding, reduced CaliberMind’s engineering overhead, improved reliability of data ingestion, and freed the team to focus on building analytics and insights for customers rather than maintaining pipelines.
