Branch Centralizes Transactional Data for Reporting

Branch Insurance, a digital home, renters, and auto insurer, needed to centralize transactional data from its DynamoDB and various apps to report on marketing performance and customer lifetime value. After testing multiple options, Branch selected Fivetran to pipeline data into Google BigQuery and surface metrics in Looker so teams could see acquisition cost and LTV in near real time.

Fivetran delivered managed connectors (notably DynamoDB to BigQuery) that required minimal configuration, automatically handled schema changes, and consolidated data from sources like Google Analytics, Stripe, and Sheets. By using Fivetran, Branch avoided hiring a two-plus person team and saved the equivalent of at least a week of engineering work to build sync logic; the result is Looker dashboards with near-real-time acquisition cost and LTV metrics that let Branch adjust campaigns and spend immediately.
