Toll Brothers builds a reliable, centralized data foundation with Fivetran

Toll Brothers, a Fortune 500 luxury home builder, needed a reliable way to centralize data that was spread across multiple databases and systems with inconsistent definitions and timing issues. Working with Fivetran, they set out to streamline ingestion from on-premises systems and SaaS apps into Snowflake using automated data pipelines.

Fivetran implemented near real-time CDC pipelines for 55 Oracle JD Edwards ERP tables running on SQL Server, including one with 80 million rows, and deployed from POC to production in under a quarter. The result was high data integrity, low latency, and far less engineering overhead, with teams able to focus on modeling and insights instead of pipeline maintenance.
