Pavilion 360, a full-service event production company, approached Fively with the challenge of enhancing live event attendee engagement. They needed a custom web application that would allow participants to leave real-time feedback and drawings, viewable by everyone on a large screen during an event. The solution had to work seamlessly across all devices, operate entirely offline on a local network, and dynamically render user submissions without layout issues.

Fively built a real-time feedback display app using React, Node.js, and MySQL. The solution included an admin panel for moderating content, a dynamic display wall that randomized submissions, and a submission page for attendees, all packaged for easy offline deployment via Docker. The application was successfully launched in just six weeks for Pavilion 360's April 2025 event, where it was used by dozens of participants to share live comments and sketches, turning passive audiences into engaged contributors.
