DermSource, a dermatology GPO, sought to revolutionize the pharmaceutical supply chain in the USA by eliminating shadow supply chains and high prices caused by a lack of communication between companies. They needed a robust eCommerce platform with a custom CMS to serve as a single marketplace for over 800 pharmacies. To achieve this, they partnered with the vendor Fively to develop this pioneering solution.

Fively developed a custom eCommerce platform and CMS using React, Redux, and AWS. The solution provided secure registration, smart account management, and a user-friendly design, enabling transparent purchasing and communication between pharmacies. As a result of Fively's work, products on the platform became 30-60% cheaper than the average GPO, and the marketplace successfully eliminated shadow supply chains for its members.
