Eyerim, a fast-growing eyewear e-commerce company active in 12 countries across Central and Eastern Europe, wanted to solve a key customer pain point: making online glasses try-on easier and more reliable. To address this, Eyerim chose FittingBox and its virtual try-on solution to improve user accessibility, support mobile shopping, and reduce friction in the eyewear buying process.
FittingBox implemented virtual try-on across Eyerim’s product pages and later the catalog page, with strong support during integration. The results were significant: conversion rates from virtual try-on users rose by around 90%, and catalog-page virtual try-on increased product trials by 40%, from 3 to 5 models on average.
