THE ICONIC, Australia’s leading online fashion and sports retailer, faced the challenge of helping shoppers choose correct sizes across 700+ brands and 45,000 products while maintaining a customer-friendly free returns policy. To reduce fit-related returns and drive conversion across its continually changing assortment, THE ICONIC partnered with Fit Analytics and tested its Fit Finder size-advice solution.
Fit Analytics integrated Fit Finder without disrupting THE ICONIC’s traffic and ran a three-month A/B test: shoppers using the Fit Analytics size advisor saw a 1% increase in conversion rate, a 0.4% decrease in returns, a 0.2% lift in AOV, and ultimately contributed 5.9% higher net revenue after returns compared with the control group.
