Snipes, the European streetwear retailer with a strong online and brick-and-mortar presence, wanted to reduce shoe-related return rates while also improving shopper confidence and overall conversions. To address this challenge, Snipes worked with Fit Analytics and its Fit Finder product to provide better sizing guidance across a wide range of footwear brands.
Fit Analytics implemented Fit Finder on Snipes’ German site in an A/B test against a static size chart, with no negative impact on performance or internal resources. Over the two-month test, Fit Analytics helped deliver a 3% increase in conversion rate, a 2% reduction in return rate, and an 8% decrease in size sampling, prompting Snipes to roll out the solution across additional international markets.
