Simons, the Canadian fashion retailer, had already seen positive results from Fit Analytics’ Fit Finder on its e-commerce site since 2016, but wanted to see whether a new discovery feature could drive even more online revenue and help shoppers who hit sizing dead ends. The challenge was to keep customers engaged and moving toward purchase when the recommended size or item wasn’t available.
Fit Analytics enabled its Product Suggestions feature within the existing Fit Finder setup, requiring no additional work for Simons. In a two-month A/B test, Fit Analytics delivered a 2% increase in conversion rate, a 10% increase in net revenue per visitor, and a 5% increase in average order value by recommending in-stock alternatives that were more likely to fit.
