Foot Locker EU, the European arm of global retailer Foot Locker, needed to reduce fit-related uncertainty and high return rates across three branded sites β€” Foot Locker Europe, SIDESTEP and Runners Point β€” while serving customers in multiple European languages. They engaged Fit Analytics and its Fit Finder sizing solution to provide a versatile, fully localized experience and boost shopper confidence.

Fit Analytics deployed Fit Finder quickly across all three shops and ran an A/B test with 500k+ shoppers (June 29, 2017–Jan 23, 2018). The solution raised conversion rates by 3.38% for Foot Locker EU, 13.04% for SIDESTEP and 5.82% for Runners Point, and cut return rates by 13.55% (Foot Locker EU), 6.61% (SIDESTEP) and 7.39% (Runners Point).
