AMARO, a Brazilian digital-native womenswear brand selling via amaro.com, native apps and 16 Guide Stores, needed a scalable sizing solution to handle over 10,000 in-house SKUs a year and deliver consistent fit confidence across a diverse Brazilian customer base. To solve this, AMARO engaged Fit Analytics and deployed its Fit Finder size-advisor across online, app and in-store channels.
Fit Analytics implemented Fit Finder quickly with no negative impact on resources and ran transparent A/B testing to measure impact; the result was a 2% increase in conversion rate and a 4% decrease in returns across all channels (test period Mar 1–May 14, 2018), delivering a measurable bottom-line boost for AMARO.
