Belectric UK, part of the Belectric Group, manages large-scale solar power and energy storage projects and needed a better way to maintain client-tailored O&M contracts across its solar farms. Fissara’s platform centralized engineers’ workloads, covering thermography, array cleaning, PID reversal, and emergency reactive callouts, while also removing a large amount of paperwork and enabling electronic reporting to clients. As a result, Belectric achieved higher standards of maintenance, maximum panel productivity, and industry-leading solar asset availability and performance ratios, helping the company win the National Grid Enhanced Frequency Response tender.
