Fishbowl Inventory helped HF Foods streamline purchasing, inventory, and sales workflows through a phased rollout and custom integrations with Workday, including purchase orders, supplier invoices, sales orders, and COGS data. The result was standardized operations across acquired sites, near real-time syncing, and stronger audit readiness; HF Foods also reported that sales orders now appear in Workday within an hour and can be matched in minutes, with data synced “to the penny.”
