Fishbat worked with WatermarkPointe, a new waterfront residential property, to generate immediate interest for its Beachfront Collection condominiums. As the first property of its kind in the area, WatermarkPointe needed to attract the right audience quickly, especially empty nesters identified as the ideal market.
Fishbat created a landing page to showcase key property information and compelling imagery, while also developing tactical Facebook, SEO, and email marketing plans to keep prospects engaged during website development. The effort delivered strong results, generating 600 leads during the landing page phase and 230 leads in the first month.
