The solution produced consistent, accurate user entitlements, reduced operational effort (improving process efficiency by roughly 1 FTE), enabled auditors to answer questions in minutes instead of hours or days, maintained service levels during peak periods, and materially lowered risk and compliance cost for VITAS.
