Hebrew Union College, a private college and long‑time SSO client, needed to add self‑service Password Governance alongside its existing SSO capabilities. After briefly testing a custom Citrix password reset approach, Hebrew Union College engaged vendor Fischer Identity to deliver Identity Claim and Password Governance integrated with its Active Directory and Fischer LDAP environments.

Fischer Identity’s implementation team produced the design and construction in three days, ran iterative testing and minor adjustments, and migrated the solution to production within the project timeline (09/16/20–10/23/2020) on an IaaS instance. The result was a successful go‑live of Fischer Identity’s Identity Claim and Password Governance across HUC’s entire user base, with a rapid deployment and full integration to the college’s systems.
