Fischer Delivers on Time Before End of FIM Support Deadline

California State University, East Bay, a public university of about 14,525 FTE, faced the imminent end-of-support for its existing FIM solution and needed a cloud-based replacement delivered on a very tight schedule. Fischer Identity was engaged to provide Provisioning & De-Provisioning, Password Governance, and Identity Claim capabilities, integrating with Active Directory, two Google tenants, and authoritative sources (PeopleSoft HR and CS Instances).

Fischer Identity compressed discovery and design (April with design sign-off the first week of May), completed the build, executed production migration and manual SOA workflow kick-offs, and provided four weeks of post-production support to meet the deadline. Fischer Identity delivered the targeted provisioning/de-provisioning, password governance and identity claim functionality on time before FIM support ended for CSU East Bay, and the university is now in talks with Fischer Identity about adding Access Request and MFA phases.
