Medical centers across the country partnered with FiscalNote’s Access Live to solve a common communications challenge: how to engage large, dispersed audiences—both community members and multi‑campus employees—to share information, gather feedback, and answer questions in real time. They needed a scalable way to host outreach and internal events on topics from patient care and wellness to workplace concerns and even company rebranding, while ensuring two‑way communication and meaningful participant input.
Using Access Live’s video events with polls and live Q&A, the centers ran 160 events over five years, reaching nearly half a million people and generating about 21,000 poll responses. The platform delivered high engagement (participants stayed active for an average of 70% of events in one rebrand example), surfaced actionable insights about patient preferences and employee needs, and enabled a seamless, nationwide rebrand rollout to remote offices.
