A Fisa Group Case Study
Salcobrand, one of Chile’s largest pharmaceutical chains (with Multicard as its credit card issuer), needed to grow and expand in the credit card market while delivering fast, flexible product administration, higher client satisfaction, and efficient commercial execution. To address these challenges they partnered with Fisa Group and adopted the Omnia platform (including the Fisa Credit Card application, Business Rules Engine and Transactional Switch).
Fisa Group implemented the Omnia solution to enable rapid product rollout, automated risk control and real‑time services, creating differentiated administration and retention tools and simplifying campaign design. The deployment lowered administration costs, increased productivity and income through faster implementation and personalized benefits, improved customer service and retention with up‑to‑date responses, and enhanced security and auditability—most notably the Transactional Switch now authorizes transactions for a 1.9 million‑card wallet within a 3‑second standard.
