Credicorp Bank - Customer Case Study

Credicorp Bank, a Panama-based bank with about USD 1.5 billion in assets and more than 50 branches, needed to automate credit origination, replace its online banking to improve customer experience, and integrate core systems to consolidate local and foreign payment processing and customer channels. Fisa Group proposed its Omnia suite (including the Online Banking Template, Business Rules Engine, Campaign Management, Multi‑channel Management and Central Customer Information) to address these objectives.

Fisa Group implemented Omnia by customizing a Funds Transfer application, installing a Multi‑channel Management System integrated with SWIFT and ACH, developing loan‑origination workflows, deploying the Omnia Online Banking Template and cross‑selling platform, and adding Campaign Management, a Rules Engine and a Central Customer Repository. The deployment enabled end‑to‑end handling of local and foreign transfers, bill payments and standing orders, consolidated payments across core and online channels, automated credit origination, and delivered targeted cross‑sell and campaign capabilities that improved customer service and channel harmonization.
