Banco BDI, a Dominican Republic bank with about $246M in assets and over 26,000 clients, needed to accelerate growth after a national financial crisis by improving sales, speeding application processing and raising customer service levels. To address objectives like reducing credit card delivery times, increasing card sales through targeted campaigns, introducing pre-approval routines and eliminating paper-based processing, Banco BDI engaged Fisa Group and its Omnia Business Platform.
Fisa Group installed and customized a unified Omnia sales platform (including Application Generator, Business Process, Credit Card Campaign and Marketing & Sales modules) and revised workflows for credit cards, consumer loans and mortgages, adding pre-approval routines and campaign management. As a result, Fisa Group helped cut credit card delivery from seven days to 1–2 days, boost credit card sales by about 40%, and reduce loan processing times by up to 35%.
