Seacoast Bank, a 20-year-old community bank in Stuart, Fla., set out to become Florida’s community bank but needed to accelerate organic growth and attract a new generation of customers. To do that it partnered with FIS, leveraging the FIS‑powered HORIZON core (and related analytics capabilities) to mine core banking data and build a more convenient, omnichannel digital banking experience.
Working with FIS, Seacoast implemented FIS HORIZON along with Business Intelligence Center and Pinpoint Marketing to enable data-driven cross-selling, marketing automation and modern online and business banking features. The FIS-powered solution helped Seacoast expand channels (branches, mobile, online, call center, ATMs and commercial offices), nearly double assets from $3B in 2013 to $5.9B in 2017, drive 235% growth in commercial and small business loans since 2013 and complete seven bank acquisitions since 2014.
