PriorityOne Bank, a community bank serving south‑central Mississippi for more than 100 years, needed a modernized platform to improve employee efficiency and offer customers the same products, services and digital channels as larger banks. To meet that challenge, PriorityOne partnered with FIS and implemented the FIS HORIZON core.

FIS transitioned the bank from several third‑party vendors and a separate core to a fully integrated FIS HORIZON system, eliminating manual work across disparate systems and enabling features like online banking and easy online payments. The result was increased customer engagement, more empowered employees with time to focus on customers, and widespread product adoption across the customer base.
