Modern Woodmen Bank sought to introduce an attractive loyalty program to drive new account openings and deepen customer engagement. The bank partnered with FIS, originally implementing ScoreCard® Rewards in 2012 and expanding its loyalty offerings in 2015 to reward additional behaviors like direct deposit, bill pay and referrals.
FIS added Relationship Rewards to Modern Woodmen Bank’s existing ScoreCard® Rewards program, targeting checking, savings, certificates of deposit and credit cards; the initiative boosted new account openings from an average of 236 to 586 per month — a 148% increase within seven months. Modern Woodmen Bank continues to work with FIS to broaden rewards to mobile banking enrollment, monthly activity and paperless statements.
