Johnstone Supply is a 105-member wholesale cooperative with 425 locations serving HVAC/R contractors across the U.S. and Canada. Although the company reached $2 billion in sales, many members relied on outdated marketing—more than 100 inconsistent Facebook pages, low digital activity, and fear of making mistakes online—so corporate aimed to modernize marketing, increase website traffic and sales, and drive consistent branding across members.

Johnstone deployed Dynamic Signal’s Communication & Engagement platform to deliver 15–20 approved, branded content pieces per month, centralize publishing, and provide training and metrics. The program grew from 50 users to generating an average of 2.5 million social impressions per quarter (13M+ total), 42,000 clicks, 30,000 shares, 20,000 reactions and $95,000 in earned media value, with members on average earning twice what they spend on social media.
