Essilor launched Wired, powered by Dynamic Signal, as a central employee communications platform—featuring direct leadership updates, executive videos, and a weekly Leaders Corner—to make information accessible and encourage employee advocacy. The result: a 25% increase in employees receiving company information, 230,000 social media impressions from employee shares, stronger cross‑company connections, and reinforced values and mission.
