Bounteous is a Chicago-based digital experience consultancy that grew quickly after combining HS2 with LunaMetrics, Infield Digital, and Demac Media during a 2018 rebrand, more than doubling its headcount. Bounteous launched The Well, powered by Firstup — a mobile, desktop, and web platform with office-specific and company-wide content streams that made information easy to find and share. By centralizing communications, promoting events, training, and awards, and enabling employees to act as brand ambassadors, the platform drove strong engagement, registering 92% of employees.
