AGILE Space Industries, a company building rocket engines and thrusters for lunar missions, needed a better way to capture and manage build data, maintain traceability for customer deliverables, and scale as the team grew. To support quality-critical hardware for the Griffin Lunar Lander program, AGILE turned to First Resonance’s ION manufacturing platform.

First Resonance implemented ION with its aBOMs (as-built bills of materials), giving AGILE granular traceability across parts, processes, serial numbers, and operator actions. The platform streamlined data collection, improved collaboration across supply chain, operations, manufacturing, and production, and helped AGILE save an estimated $17,000 in engineering hours in the first year while strengthening quality management and customer data package delivery.
