Blackstone Valley Eye Care, led by Jeffrey S. First Insight Corporation implemented MaximEyes with customized exam templates, the Encounter Administrator, Code Complete Manager for coding compliance, an ERA e-billing module, e-prescribing and built-in meaningful-use tools plus training. The practice saw faster, more accurate charting, fewer billing errors, and improved office productivity; ERA reduced insurance posting time by many hours each week and the practice successfully attested for meaningful use and received incentive payments. First Insight’s responsive support and reporting/graphing tools also helped improve patient compliance and workflow across the three-doctor, 20-workstation practice.
