To do this, Natori partnered with Firework and deployed shoppable video and livestream shopping across natori.com.
Using Firework’s video commerce platform, Natori turned its website into a more immersive content hub with short video carousels, weekly livestreams, and real-time product education from brand leaders. The results were strong: livestreams drove a 15% increase in average order value on average, in-video checkout led to 3x conversion on site, and Natori saw a 141% higher conversion rate versus its other sales avenues.
