Natori, a designer brand specializing in women’s apparel, lingerie, and sleepwear, wanted to use video to better educate shoppers, increase engagement, and reach new customer segments on its own site. To do this, Natori partnered with Firework and deployed shoppable video and livestream shopping across natori.com.

Using Firework’s video commerce platform, Natori turned its website into a more immersive content hub with short video carousels, weekly livestreams, and real-time product education from brand leaders. The results were strong: livestreams drove a 15% increase in average order value on average, in-video checkout led to 3x conversion on site, and Natori saw a 141% higher conversion rate versus its other sales avenues.
