GreenPan, the cookware brand known for its PFAS-free ceramic nonstick products, wanted to create a more interactive and immersive digital shopping experience. To address this challenge, GreenPan partnered with Firework and used Firework’s Digital Showroom, Shoppable Video, and Product Finder Quiz to better engage customers online.
Firework implemented a digital showroom with 24x7 replay content, a grid of short chef videos, celebrity chef Bobby Flay demos, shoppable video on the homepage and PDPs, and a floating Product Finder Quiz. As a result, GreenPan saw conversion rates rise from 0.47% to 2.24% (+380%), average order value increase to $160.70 from $153.17, and purchase intent jump by 798% among users who engaged for over three seconds.
