Using FireHydrant, LaunchDarkly fully automated its communications role. The solution integrated with their status page and utilized runbooks to automate update reminders, all manageable from Slack. FireHydrant’s Slack bot also tracked engagements to identify critical resolution steps. This automation resulted in 70% of the post-incident review being completed automatically, allowing the team to place a greater emphasis on learning from each incident.
