Bigabid, an Israel-based digital advertising technology company, needed a faster way to analyze massive volumes of ad and app-performance data across its AWS-based infrastructure. Its existing MySQL-based analytics were too slow for BI and internal reporting, making it difficult to work with older data, compare seasonal trends, or deliver timely insights.

To solve this, Bigabid adopted Firebolt on AWS and consolidated its BI and analytics platforms into a single data warehouse built on its existing Amazon S3 data lake. With Firebolt, query performance on a 31 TB table improved 400x, storage needs dropped from 31 TB to 7 TB, and dashboards now update in near real time with results returned in seconds instead of days or weeks.
