By integrating the Firebase SDK and using Remote Config to experiment with push notifications and ad frequency, Playbuzz shifted control to the monetization team, enabling real-time changes without developer support. The setup took two days, freed engineering resources, improved campaign performance, and allowed the team to respond quickly to user behavior.
