CrazyLabs Uses Firebase Remote Config to Maximize Revenue at Scale

CrazyLabs is a hypercasual and casual game publisher whose titles have been downloaded more than 4 billion times, and it needed a faster way to test many ad and gameplay configurations across multiple apps and audience groups without hurting engagement. The company had up to 15 games in testing at once and had to manage as many as 30 configurations per title, which made scaling experiments slow and difficult. CrazyLabs turned to Firebase Remote Config to automate this process.

Using Firebase Remote Config, along with AdMob and BigQuery, CrazyLabs split users into test groups, ran monetization and level-design experiments at scale, and analyzed results to find the best-performing setups. With Firebase, CrazyLabs could run up to 30 tests at a time and identify winning configurations within 7 days, helping maximize revenue and lifetime value across up to 15 apps concurrently.
